All athletic activities involve some level of physical risk. By enrolling a child in our programs or attending our events, parents/guardians understand and accept that gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja training require proper supervision and may result in injury. Our coaches prioritize safety and proper skill progressions at all times.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and may change at any time. Class availability, schedules, pricing, and policies are subject to adjustment based on enrollment and staffing.

Completion of waitlist or registration forms does not guarantee placement in a class. Families will be contacted directly to confirm openings.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you submit forms or contact us:

Parent/guardian name
Phone number and email address
Child’s name and age
Any notes you provide (ex: allergies or medical concerns)

Child Safety

We take the privacy of children very seriously. Information about athletes is used only for class administration and safety. Only authorized staff have access to this information.

Payments

Payments are made through Venmo and/or Cash.

Photos & Videos

We will never post identifiable photos or videos of your child without signed parental permission. Media releases are optional and can be changed at any time. In the signed waiver, you may opt out of photos and videos completely.

Your Rights

You may request to:

Update or correct your information
Remove your child from a waitlist or roster
Ask us to delete data you no longer want us to retain (unless required for safety/legal purposes)
