Thank you for choosing Woodlands Gymnastics. By submitting a registration or waitlist request, attending an event, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms:
Class Placement & Availability

Submitting a waitlist or registration form does not guarantee a class spot.

Class placement is based on availability, age, safety readiness, and coach evaluation.

Schedules and class times may be adjusted as needed.
Safety & Behavior

All athletes must follow coach instructions and gym safety rules.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and is picked up on time.

Children ages 5 and under must have a parent/guardian remain on-site during class.
Health & Medical

Parents must disclose any allergies or medical concerns to ensure proper safety measures.

If a child is feeling ill, contagious, or injured, they should not attend class.

In the event of an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian using the information provided.
Payment & Events

Event pricing and availability are subject to change.

Payment details may vary per event and will be communicated clearly during registration.

Refunds or credits are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case.
Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes or events due to safety, weather, staffing, or facility needs.

Any major schedule updates will be communicated to registered families.
Media Consent

Photos or videos may be taken during classes and events.

We will only use identifiable media of your child for promotional purposes with your prior permission.

Parents may request media removal at any time.
Personal Information

We collect only the information necessary for program communication and safety.
